There are plenty of famous tourist attractions in Uttarakhand, and one of them is Binsar. 

Surrounded by the enormous and magnificent snow capped peaks of Nanda Devi, Pachachuli and Trishul, it appears quite surreal. 

This place is also famous for the dense and lush forests of Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary and affords outstanding views of Kedarnath and Nanda Devi from a place called Zero Point.  

Indeed, if you are a photographer, poet or writer, then this is where you should be headed to.

Dawki, in Shillong, is one of the best places to visit in India is December. 

 The drive to Dawki is in itself an exciting experience, crossing deep gorges and ravines. 

Located in the hills of Jaintia, it is the international trade route border town. 

 Here, you come across the unbelievably clear Umngot River, whose emerald green waters never fail to fascinate the tourists. 

 This river’s water is so clear and transparent that one can see the riverbed almost 12 feet below.

Auli is an year-round destination but winter turns it into a fairytale destination that no one wants to miss. 

 The weather in Auli remains cool throughout the year and the temperature does not cross 20 degrees Celsius. 

During the winter season, expect the temperature to dip down to -8 degrees Celsius. 

 The season starts from the month of November which starts receiving rainfall and ends in the month of February.

 This is season the best time to indulge in skiing as the magic unfolds in these months of the year.

 Ideally 3-4 Days are enough for Auli.

Winters (November-Feb) are the best time to visit Kutch, mainly because of the full moon nights that turn the place into an absolute paradise. 

The Rann Festival is also organized at the same time. Summers should be avoided as temperatures can go as high as 45-degree Celsius.
