Winters – October to February – the temperature dips down to negative and is extremely cold but Kashmir looks very beautiful in those times.
March to May – the weather is at its best and with the Tulips and flowers coming to life in Autumn Season , the whole valley becomes a Wonder to Watch – this is the season that gave Kashmir the name – ” Heaven on Earth “
June to September – the weather is bit rainy and this is the least crowded time in Kashmir as it is the offseason as well.

Enjoy the Beautiful Capital of J&K when you visit Srinagar, the beautiful shikara ride in the Dal Lake and a House Boat stay in Nigeen lake is the highlight of the trip.
Explore the Beautiful Valley of Aru and Betab near Pahalgam , where you can find Mind blowing Landscapes surrounded by Mountains and rivers.

How Many Days do you need?

Ideally a week to 10 days is enough to explore Kashmir. If you have less time then go for the famous route of Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonamarg and Pahalgam to cover the Major Spots. If you have more time then visit Gurez Valley, Doodhpatri and Visit the Zero Point at Sonamarg.
